Nanna Jens Services provides a wonderful experience for your pets. Understanding that pets are valued family members, Nanna Jens aims to offer the best holistic care, compassion, and respect. The goal is to ensure your pets feel safe and loved.

Nanna Jens Services Comes To You
Nanna Jen offers specialized holistic overnight pet minding that prioritizes your pets' comfort by keeping them in their familiar environment. 
This approach reduces anxiety and helps maintain their daily routines, essential for their emotional well-being. 
To ensure a comfortable experience, Nanna Jen requires access to basic amenities like electricity, internet, shower, toilet, bed, and hot water. 
In home care minimizes stress for your pets while allowing owners to relax, knowing their pets are receiving personalized attention at home.
 
Complimentary Meet and Greet​
A complimentary meet and greet is held in person or via FaceTime or phone call, depending on your location.
If done via facetime or phone call, Nanna Jen will arrange to arrive the night before your departure or a few hours prior to ensure your pets are comfortable.
To create a safe environment for everyone, please keep your pet on a leash or in a secure area until they feel at ease.
This is crucial for building trust and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Payment
To secure your booking with Nanna Jens Services, a 25% deposit is required within 7 days of making your booking.
This deposit is essential to confirm your booking and ensure that your requested date and services are reserved for you. 
The remaining balance of your payment is due 7 days prior to the start date of the services you have booked.
​Please note that your booking will only be officially confirmed once the initial deposit has been received and processed.
All financial transactions are managed through a invoice system for your convenience and security.
​Payments should be made via bank deposit, and detailed bank information will be provided at the end of your invoice.
You will receive messages from the invoice system when you first place your booking explaining when your deposit is due, then 1 week before the final amount is due.
Nanna Jens Services appreciates your understanding and cooperation with the payment policy, which helps her maintain a smooth and efficient booking process.
 
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your booking, you can be confident that your payments will not be forfeited. Instead, the funds will be applied as a credit toward future bookings if Nanna Jen has availability, allowing you to reschedule effortlessly without incurring any additional fees.

Media and Promotional Use
By confirming your booking with Nanna Jens Services, you agree to receive updates about her offerings, including news and promotions.
You also permit Nanna Jen to use photos of your pet for marketing purposes, showcasing the joy of her fur clients in brochures, on social media, and on the website.
All media featuring your pet will be handled with care, reflecting the positive experiences Nanna Jens Services aims to provide while respecting your pet’s privacy.
 
Nanna Jens Services does not support long-term confinement of pets.
Nanna Jens Services prioritizes your pets' happiness and well-being, opposing long confinement.
While overnight separation may be necessary, she believes pets thrive when allowed to roam and
explore during the day, so pet owners should not impose restrictions.
Additionally, Nanna Jens Services disclaims liability for any injuries or damages caused by your pet's behavior.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge your responsibility for your pet's actions and agree to indemnify
Nanna Jens Services against any related claims.
