A Meet & Greet is required before all new bookings.
This gives me the opportunity to meet you and your pet, learn about their routine, personality and individual care needs, discuss your expectations and ensure my services are the right fit for everyone involved.
No booking is confirmed until the Meet & Greet process has been completed and the required deposit has been received.
