All pet care is provided in the client's home or at an agreed location.
When Will I Hear Back?
I personally respond to enquiries within 24–48 hours wherever possible.

Complimentary Meet & Greet
A complimentary Meet & Greet is required before new pet-care bookings.
This gives me the opportunity to meet you and your pets in their own environment, learn about their routine, personality and care needs, discuss your expectations and make sure my service is the right fit.
A booking is confirmed once the required Meet & Greet process has been completed and the applicable deposit has been received.
The person you meet is the person who cares for your pets — always me.
