4-Week Program for Cats –The Home Harmony Healing Program
This deeply nurturing and intuitive 4-week healing journey is designed especially for cats who need emotional softness,
energetic balance and a slow, gentle approach to trust.
It is ideal for rescue cats, sensitive or shy cats, cats who carry trauma, and those adjusting to grief, new environments or
changes in the home.
Each session is guided entirely by the cat’s comfort, allowing their energy to shift organically, softly and without pressure.
Weekly Themes

Week 1 – Grounding, Safety & Trust (Root Chakra – Gentle Environmental Cleansing)
The first session focuses on establishing emotional safety.
Through grounding Reiki, light environmental cleansing and soft heart-led intention, the cat is invited to release fear,
soften their guard and feel the security of their own space. This week prepares the energetic foundation for deeper healing.

This session supports ease, emotional softness and gentle release.
Through Reiki, chakra opening and calming sensory work, the cat is guided to let go of accumulated tension,

4-Week Program for Dogs –The Home Harmony Healing Program
​This compassionate 4-week healing series supports dogs who need emotional grounding, energetic regulation, confidence building and soft, nurturing reassurance.
It is perfect for rescue dogs, anxious or overstimulated dogs, dogs recovering from trauma, seniors, or dogs undergoing major life transitions.
Each session unfolds intuitively and at the dog’s pace, honoring their sensitivities, needs and emotional story.
Weekly Themes
