Every Nanna Jen's Services booking is personally provided by me.
There are no rotating carers or contractors, giving your pets the reassurance of one familiar person from their complimentary Meet & Greet through to your return home.

15-Hour In-Home Pet Care
$75 per night
5pm to 8am
Available within 20 klm travel distance of Morayfield
Evening, overnight and morning care for settled pets who are comfortable independently for part of the day.
24-Hour In-Home Pet Care
$120 per day
Approx. 10am arrival, unless previously arranged
Available
Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast , including coastal and hinterland areas
Near-continuous in-home care for pets requiring a higher level of companionship, supervision or support.
Particularly suited to senior, anxious, rescue, medical-needs, recovering and palliative pets.
18-Hour In-Home Pet Care
$90 per night
Approx. 3pm–9am
Available
Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast, including coastal and hinterland areas
Extended in-home care for pets who benefit from additional companionship, reassurance and daytime presence.
Daytime Pet Sitting
1 Hour - $35
2 Hours - $65
3 Hours - $90
5 Hours - $120
Available subject to existing overnight pet care bookings and location.
Daytime pet sitting is available for pets who benefit from companionship, supervision or additional support while their family is away.
Care is provided in your pet's own home and can include feeding, companionship, medication where required, quiet enrichment, garden and toilet breaks, senior support and maintaining familiar routines.
18-Hour In-Home Pet Care Plus Daytime Visit
$100 per night
Approx. 3pm–9am, plus one middle-of-the-day visit

Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast including coastal and hinterland areas
Extended overnight care plus a separate daytime visit for feeding, medication, toileting, companionship or wellbeing checks.
Drop-In Pet Care Visits
$35
(May Incur A Travel Fee)
Available subject to existing overnight pet care bookings and location.
Short in-home visits tailored to your pet’s needs and normal routine.
May include feeding, fresh water, toileting, medication, companionship, welfare checks and basic home care as required.
Additional Pet Care Services
Emergency Veterinary Transport — From $40
Transport to a veterinary clinic in the event of an unexpected or urgent situation.
Home Care Visit — $25 (30 minutes)
Home-care support while you're away, including watering or hosing gardens, putting bins out and bringing them in, collecting mail and parcels, and turning lights on or off as arranged.
Medication Administration Visit — $35 (30 minutes)
For pets requiring medication administered according to their established veterinary instructions.
Pet Transport — From $35
Safe transport for veterinary appointments or other pre-arranged pet care needs.
Pet Welfare Check — $35 (30 minutes)
A dedicated visit to check your pet is safe, comfortable and settled at home, with an update provided for your reassurance.
Pre & Post Surgery Support — $35 per hour
Calm in-home support before or following surgery, including companionship, observation and assistance with your pet's established recovery routine.
Visits can be tailored to your pet's established routine and may include feeding and fresh water, medication according to veterinary instructions, toileting, companionship, senior wellbeing checks, post-operative support and agreed basic home-care tasks.
Please note: Dog walking is not included in Nanna Jen’s Services pet care packages. If your dog requires regular walks during a booking, these will need to be arranged separately at the client’s expense.

A calm, thorough process to make sure your pet’s care is safe, suitable and personalised.
Complimentary Meet & Greet
We meet in your home so I can get to know your pets, their routines, personalities, health needs and comfort level.
Confirm Your Booking
Once you're happy to proceed, your dates are confirmed, your Client Pack is completed, and your deposit secures the booking.
In-Home Care
I personally provide your pet's agreed care while maintaining their familiar routine and home environment.
Updates While You're Away
You'll receive regular photo, video and message updates throughout your booking.
