How the Pet Care Process Works
A calm, thorough process to make sure your pet’s care is safe, suitable and personalised.
Initial Consultation
A relaxed in-home meet and greet is arranged before any booking is confirmed.
This gives me time to get to know your pet, their routine, personality, health needs and comfort level.
Booking Confirmation
Once you are happy to proceed, your dates are confirmed,
the Client Pack is completed,
and your deposit secures the booking in line with the Terms & Conditions.
In-Home Care
Your pet receives calm, attentive care in their own home, including feeding, companionship, routine support, medication support if required, and agreed enrichment.
Client Updates
You’ll receive photo or video message updates during your booking, so you can feel reassured while you’re away.

15-Hour In-Home Pet Care
$80 per night
Available within 25 km of Morayfield
Perfect for independent pets who enjoy their routine, feel secure in their own home and are comfortable spending part of the day relaxing on their own.
This package provides calm evening, overnight and morning care while maintaining your pet’s normal routine in a familiar environment.
Ideal for: settled adult pets who do not require extended daytime supervision.
18-Hour In-Home Pet Care
$90 per night
Perfect for pets who benefit from additional companionship, reassurance and consistency throughout the day.
This option provides extra time with your pet, making it ideal for pets who enjoy company, thrive on routine, or need extra emotional support while their family is away.
Ideal for: pets who enjoy companionship but do not require constant supervision.
18-Hour In-Home Pet Care Plus Daytime Visit
$110 per night
Designed for pets who need additional support during the day.
This package includes a dedicated daytime visit for feeding, medication, toileting, companionship or wellbeing checks.
Ideal for: senior pets, pets requiring medication, pets recovering from illness, or pets who benefit from extra daytime support.
24-Hour In-Home Pet Care
$140 per night
The highest level of care offered by Nanna Jen’s Services.
Designed for pets who require near-continuous companionship, additional monitoring, medication support or the comfort of having someone present throughout the day and night.
