Service Area FAQs
Do you travel to my home?
Yes. Nanna Jens Services provides private in-home pet care, so I travel to your home rather than pets coming to a facility.
What if my suburb isn't listed?
Please enquire. My travel range varies depending on the service required, booking length, location and existing bookings.
Do you charge a travel fee?
There is no general travel fee for standard pet-care services. Wedding Pet Chaperone bookings may include travel charges as outlined on the Wedding Pet Chaperone page.
Do you personally provide the care?
Yes. Nanna Jens Services is sole operated. From your Meet & Greet through to the care itself, it's always me.
