Initial Consultation
A relaxed in-home meet and greet is arranged before any booking.
This gives Nanna Jen time to get to know your pet, their routine, personality, and care needs,
and to ensure the service is the right fit for everyone.
No booking is confirmed at this stage.

Booking Confirmation
Once you’re happy to proceed, dates are confirmed, the Client Pack is completed, and a deposit secures your booking in line with the Terms & Conditions.
Overnight Care
Overnight pet sitting provides calm, attentive care in your pet’s own home, including feeding, companionship, routine support, and agreed enrichment, tailored to your chosen service level.
Client Updates
You’ll receive photo and message updates during your booking, keeping you connected and
reassured while you’re away.

15-Hour In-Home Pet Care
In-home pet care provided for a total duration of approximately 15 hours within a 24-hour period.
The timing of care is agreed upon in advance based on your pet’s needs.
This service suits pets who are settled being alone and do not require extended or continuous supervision.
Minimum 2 nights
Rate per family
Care delivered as agreed and as booked.

18-Hour In-Home Pet Care
Extended in-home pet care provided for a total duration of approximately 18 hours within a 24-hour period.

This option is suitable for pets who benefit from increased presence and consistency but do not require continuous care.

18-Hour In-Home Care + 1-Hour Scheduled
Drop-In
In-home pet care provided for approximately 18 hours, with one additional scheduled daytime drop-in visit.
The drop-in visit is pre-arranged and may be used for feeding, medication, toileting, reassurance or routine support.
This service suits pets who require a dedicated daytime visit in addition to overnight care.

I remain on site for the full duration of the booking.
