Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

If a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for new, unused items in original packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal or non-collection incur a $10 Australia Post fee plus a 20% restocking fee.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days with photos or video for assessment. Returns must be approved before sending, as items ship from multiple warehouses.

No refunds apply for items that are misused, incorrectly installed, altered, or damaged through use. Used toys cannot be returned for change of mind (West Paw toys are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee).

Warranty remedies are assessed case-by-case and may include repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
